  • All the time. Whats tough is that they don't offer Verizon where I live so I am stuck with their less than ideal customer service reps and technicians that don'e quite know how to "fix" the problems. I had to request a "comcast" technician that spoke english since the one that installed the cable in the first place was a contractor that spoke another language in my house to their colleague.
  • Comcast in my area is good. Good customer service, and good quality. I've never actually had bad experience with them in the 10+ years I've been a customer.
