I'd tell them that I'm not stupid, and that is not what tourettes' is. It is involuntary tics, not entire movements.

Try really hard to explain why my foot was up their ass due to having uncontrollable fits of rage.

If I didn't believe them...I'd smack them upside the head and try to explain that it's only natural reflexes.

I would probably have a few choice words with them as they are most likely lying. I know many people with it, myself included, and although it does involve involuntary movements and even sounds, as MedicGirl said, they aren't entire movements as in hitting someone, but rather tiny movements and/or twitches. Movies and TV often exaggerate it to an extreme, but even in the worst cases I don't think it's likely someone would smack you upside the head because of it. In fact many people are ashamed of it and try to hide it by not placing themselves in situations where it will be obvious to others or where it may cause trouble.
