Different names in different countries. Anapalon is the most common trade name. It is usually a 50mg tabe comprised of Oxymetholone. I PERSONALLY have used this drug extensively on and off over a LONG period of time. DON'T believe the media hype, telling you that THIS DRUG WILL KILL YOU, because it's simply not true. It is very strong, and of course has side effects (Just like EVERY OTHER DRUG IN EXISTENCE, IF abused.) I would not recommend taking more than 200mg a day, regardless of your size/body weight.

Halotestin, it doesn't really have much of an application other than muscle hardness, closely followed by A-bombs (as mentioned above by maximus). Halotestin is sometimes referred to as MORE androgenic than testosterone but alot less anabolic, good if you want to change from girl to guy as the virilization is usually permanent! Be sure to have plenty of milk thistle with Halotestin!
