In looking for an employee would you rather hire someone with experience or someone with a sincere desire to learn?

    sometimes someone who is already experienced has bad habits that stick with them. if you hire someone that has a desire to learn, you can teach them the proper way, or the way that you think it needs to be done for your company. you have a fresh slate to work on, so to speak.

    Sincere desire to learn would probably grab my attention more, and warm to them more. I'd be the sort of employer who wants to give people chances all the time (not always wise, but hey)
