  • Not in the least.
  • No its not. Why doesn't your friend just pay his bills?
  • If caught he will be charged with Grand theft auto (a felony) he doesn't have title so it is considered stolen
  • Your friend is an idiot. Thats a long time to hide his car. Why don't he just pay on it like normal folks do?
  • Of course not. He signed a promissory note and has not kept his promise. How could he keep it from repo for two years?? Did he put it in storage?? Paint it?
  • Your friend is very wrong in what he has been doing and also what he is planning to do. He is in the wrong, not the "Repo Man." He needs to either pay what he owes on the car or work out some payments to catch up what he owes or give the car back. * I would think he would be afraid to take it anywhere since he has basically been "on the run" for 2 years. So if he is not going anywhere in it, he wont miss it, if he gives it to the "Repo Man." He will be in even more trouble if he takes the car out of state. He needs to get his head on straight and do what is right and stop running. JMO
