This is the fan,has your pc always made this noise or just started?

I think the sound is from the fans attached in the cpu cabinet.The ones in the SMPS.

Probably the fan, and the compartment it's in is a bit looser than normal and making the case vibrate. Try pressing down on the back of your computer when it's turned on (making sure you don't press a button or dislodge any cables). If the noise lessens or stops, then that's probably it. Either that or you have a wasp nest.
