  • I believe at the gym there are ones where you stand on a platform and swivel your lower half side to side to promote movement in the mid section... they also have the one where you stand with your back straight against the back, grab the handles and lift your legs straight out in front of you. You may also use that same one to pull your knees to your chest in crunch form. Your local gym may have more suggestions.
