in the upper right there are three options minimize and close, between them is the shrink. open two windows tube it up on the one, surf the other

Do what I do, run your TV through a PC tuner card, then use your big screen as a computer monitor with a little TV window on the descktop! Alternatively, if you have PIP capability, put your laptop or computer video into one input, then PIP the TV. This works well too and is practically free!
