When I ask questions about certain things, how come certain people feel the need to rate down but give no reason why?

    Thats an imp point. May be we we should make it mandatory for someone who is giving a -ve rating. He can remain anonymous to avoid retaliatory rating, but comments must be mandatory

    I totally agree with the question asked here. Ive asked important questions and Ive been rated down too. They are not mind numbing unimportant things. Why do people do this?

    I know what you are talking about. I just saw one of yours rated down -3 and it hadnt even been answered yet. Some people find certain subjects offensive and will rate them down just for that simple fact. Sorry. Ill give you +5 and Ill go back and find the other question and do the same.

    that is a good question. maybe they rate it down because they don't have the ability to suffiently answer the question, therfore, in thier minds making it a hard question to answer??
