Just get any good named brand multivitamin. Getting separate vitamins is not only more hassle than it's worth, it'll end up being a lot more expensive, and the chances of taking too much/too little is always there. A multivitamin is perfect, convenient, and nothing less than ideal for any guy taking them for good health. I've always viewed individual vitamins as something for people who have specific deficiencies. I use Wellman, but I'm not sure if they're available in the states. Try looking up a brand that makes training/sports supplements, like Biotest, or BSN.

I saw a consumer report episode on television that compared vitamins. After testing several name brands of multi-vitamins, Centrum came out ahead, because it dissolves best. If a vitamin has lots of nutrition in it, but does not dissolve in time for your body to absorb it, it is not worth taking. Taking separate vitamins for each kind is not as good, as first, they don't offer the same amounts of each as a multi-vitamin does, and second, you would have to take about 40 a day to match a multi-vitamin.
