  • I don't know SC laws about housing, but generally the process involves filing to evict him in court, delivering him a summons, both you going to trial, and having a marshal lawfully remove him. It sounds like a lot, but in some places it happens in a matter of a week or two. Regardless, don't take Internet advice. You'll probably want to talk to a lawyer versed in local law. If you can't afford that, maybe there's a pro se attorney there to advise you at the court house.
