  • You seem to have lost a sleep pattern/routine. If yu are not getting tired at night, so that you can fall asleep, you can disrupt your cycle and get into the situation that you can't sleep until you are throughly exhausted. Try a sleeping pill for one or two nights, if this doesn't get you back on track, then contact a doctor. If you miss too much school, your father can be fined and thrown in jail. Or you can be put into an alternative schooling program, Don't let it come to this.. perhaps you are emotionally carrying too much for your age. Talk to your dad, and don't take on so much responsibility for things that you can't control.
  • i think the first thing you need to do is try to find out whats causing this. try to get into a routine where you go to bed at a certain time every night. are you worried about anything? because this can keep people awake. try haaving a relaxing bath before you go to bed and dont go on the computer or drink caffine before bed time. if you cant sort this out by yourself then go to the doctors and they will advise you
  • I agree with tjatherton. Try a sleeping pill, or even something like benadryl will probably knock you out. If it works, maybe continue using it for a week and getting up early enough in the morning (even on the weekends). I had the same problem. I couldn't get to sleep until very early in the morning. Often times I would be going to sleep when my boyfriend was waking up for work at 6-7am. Once I started getting up around 6 am no matter what, and trying to get to bed earlier (with benadryl or nyquil) it put me back in the pattern. I now get to work at 8am every morning and don't feel so tired and groggy. If that still doesn't work, it may be time to go see a doctor. I often can't fall asleep because I feel like my mind won't shut off. I'm always thinking of things, and things to do tomorrow etc. Your doctor may be able to help you figure out what your cause is and help fix it.
  • go to the doctor- but an over the counter to try is melatonin- take it 2-3 hours before bed time.
  • yeah I think your sleeping habits are off. It sounds like your body is wired to sleep during the morning when you should be sleeping at night. I think you need to work on this, maybe use a sleep aid to get to sleep til you get things on track.
