It makes me feel extremely uncomfortable, I don't like it. At the same time I think it makes them look ridiculous, and makes me want to laugh a little. During the presidential race, I couldn't even sit in front of the TV with Sarah Palin winking at me all the time, I had to leave the room, seemed so contrived and artificial.

It depends on who the person is, and if I know them.

Neither..makes me laugh and ask them if they have something in their eye.. :)
