    We get fined if our sprinklers run during the rain. If you live in an odd number house you get to water on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Even numbered houses get Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (or something like that) We get slapped with fines on any other day. WTF??? but noooo the city/county waters common areas when ever they damn will please, even in the rain.
