I think voicemail is the scourge of 21st century business. In fact, my outgoing message says "Try again in 15 minutes." I don't check voicemail. Text is nice and convenient to receive, but I rarely send them.

Voice Mail ... I had the text message feature removed from my cell phone when I started to get unsolicited texts! It worked like a charm.
