Add more methanol (or ethanol/denatured alcohol if you can't get methanol). You can unfreeze it by adding methanol to the reservoir and waiting or running the engine enough that the bay warms up. Methanol is frequently packaged in the yellow HEET brand bottles as a gas line antifreeze.

Add anti-freeze. I don't know if you can unfreeze it tho!

I use the winter-grade stuff. Not that wimpy -20F stuff either. As for unfreezing, the regular stuff thaws nicely, but you may want to run it all out and replace it with REAL wiper fluid before it refreezes.
