The same reason a lot of pigs don't.

Mostly because they are so expensive, Tom. You have to pay to have the other toilet removed, pay for the bidet and have it installed. If it weren't for those things I'd have one.

Americans shower everyday.

They're very expensive and it's just not been traditional as in other countries.
