It's not so cool. If you don't smoke it now and you don't feel the need to do it, then don't. You shouldn't let anyone else pressure you into doing it either. By the way, this is coming from a person who does smoke pot occasionally, however I don't think you should start any drug because it's "cool."

summer 2005 i was buying 6 bags every 2 weeks just for my bf and i.. thats a lot of marijuana lol.. since then ive gradually lessened things and i only smoke once in a blue moon, especially since my bf quit and i started working about a year ago. well back to my answer haahah i dont think its SOOO COOOL.. i think its fun to do with a group of friends whom you trust immensly, in the right environment, IF you feel that you are ready to handle drugs, especially considering that every friend of mine started out as just trying at once, and now they spend 90 percent of their paychecks on pot. no, you are not wrong at all. youd probably be better off not getting into it.
-
'Cool' is a word that I do not fully understand, each generation, each group of people pick and choose different things to be "cool" or consider to be "cool". Post smoking is not so much "cool" as "fun". Since you don't use (please stay in that place). You can not understand the "fun" in pot smoking (or using of other drugs). Different people smoke for different reasons. Some do it like drinking (as a recreation) some do it to medicate (as in the case of terminal cancer) some do it to self medicate (usually to treat depression or other mental emotional ills). Some just do it because they don't know or care to do anything else. In the end no matter your view on drugs your opinion is not "wrong" at least for you. And no, you are really not missing out on anything.
-
No....unless you like being in slow motion, extra hungry, and horny
-
I've never tried. However my answer is No. There's no glory in being high...
-
It's not glorious at all. Personally it helps me relax. As a responsible adult, I don't smoke excessively, but every month or so it's really helpful in helping me step back and reboot especially when I'm really stressed out. It gives me a break from the high pitched wine I get in my head when I get overwhelmed from school, work, or personal issues. Truthfully, I could probably benefit from counseling or other prescribed medications just as easily.
-
Glorious? Not to some. I enjoy it.
-
I wouldn't say glorious- just fun. That is, if it doesn't make you paranoid dilusional.
-
Personally, I couldn't stand it. All it ever did was make me really paranoid. However, they are lots who totally disagree.
-
From the responses I got, I'd say not.
-
yes, I checked and it is
-
I wouldnt say its glorious its ok, people who say its the best thing ever need to get out more and excessive use can screw up your life ive seen it with a few friends one of whom has not left his house in 3 years. but as with most things used in moderation its ok.
-
Yes it is glorious, it amazing and more people should be opened minded towards it. There are so many lies taught everyday and scare tactics to get people to be afraid of it. Smoking pot makes you laugh, makes food taste better, will make you sleep better and will kill stress. In my opinion yes it is glorious.
-
Only if it's the really good stuff & I mean really good.
-
It's relaxing but far from glorious. And, it sure a sugar ain't worth going to jail over. If it were legal then I would say have a go. But seeing as it's not, well, it's not worth the risk. IMO.
-
i have never experienced it, no desire whatsoever 42 years without it, life is pretty good not being stoned

Smoking marijuana is an expression of freedom, is freedom not glorious? There are powers at hand who wish to limit your liberty's and freedoms of expression. In fact, YOU have a sovereign right to consume marijuana, it is being oppressed because marijuana has the potential of becoming a new underground currency. The elitist moneychangers (The FED, World Bank, etc. etc.), have duped the public with the theory, that it would collapse the economy, when in fact it would put these private corporations out of business, as it would give the people of the United States a means to pay off the national debt, untaxed without interest. So in order to control the people, and the economy, the governments set up laws to enslave the people from having their own money tree in their own back yard. For example, it is illegal for anyone to own large amounts of gold, the governments and certain states limit how much gold you may have in your possession, if you have to much gold, the government will charge you with hording, fine you, and seize your gold, and give you a certificate to exchange for LEGAL TENDER (which is as worthless as the paper it is printed on). This has been on the books now for the last century, and this is the reason why Americans will never be able to pay off the national debt, ever. The elitist moneychangers do not want the United States to pay down it's debt, for as long as we are in debt to these elitist corporations, we are dependent on them to manipulate our economy and our lives, thus we are ultimately under their control. I urge you to research this history yourself, one good primer, is the documentary video "Endgame" by 9/11 crusader Alex Jones, and "Freedom to Fascism" by acclaimed film maker Aaron Russo. The links to these films can be found in my profile.

For some, yeah. I used to love it. It's gets old.
-
yes. its very good.
-
I wouldn't say "GLORIOUS" but there is no harm in it and it can be pretty good...
-
if tried it once or twice the first time nothing...but i tried it the second and i looked at my friend with a straight face and started laughin for no reason, (that shit is strong)excuse moi, mon French
-
Nope. It's pleasurable. Just like drinking a pint.
-
Sure, this toker became a U.S. president. His toking wife is also trying to become president.
-
nope. ive never done it, but i frown upon whoever does it
-
I would suggest you ask the guy that robbed a liquor store last week for money for pot. You can ask, but he will not answer. He was shot by the store clerk and is resting peacefully eight feet underground.
-
Shouldn't your question be "gratifying" instead of "glorious"? I can't see how doing anything would be glorious (becoming famous) in this sense unless you are exaggerating to try and get across your point.
-
I ask you how do you define glorious? Not in a B. Clinton dodging the question way, but seriously! I LIKE drinking(alcohol) I do it quite often, No I don't think anyone would consider me to be an alcoholic, but I definitely enjoy it more than some. I do honestly believe I would give up drinking if I had to face the choice between the two. I like smoking marijuana THAT much more, I don't get stupid like alcohol tends to make people, and I don't get hangovers. If marijuana was legalized and 50+ yrs. of social dogma could be erased to the point of complete acceptance, I might even say I could give up cigarettes which are FAR more harmful, addictive, and down-right nasty!
-
i don't know about glorious, but i don't think its worse than other drugs out there like alcohol
-
I used to think so, but I haven't smoked any in a long time. After smoking it all the time, you get over it, or at least I did.
-
you all make very good points in the above mentioned argument, however, i feel that you have all been short sighted. the answer is simply bob marley. and also, yes you are wrong, i believe that we should try many new experiences in life so why not try one that is so harmless, risk free, and memorable. peace out.
