Here my points: "subs pts + % Questions: 775 10533 97% Answers: 15580 67774 97% Comments: 9728 Moderation: 1813 9832 96% 100% + ratings given" Here my interpretation: The 97% as + % on Questions means that 97% of the total points on my questions were positive points. The 97% as + % on Answers means that 97% of the total points on my answers were positive points. The 96% as + % on Moderation means that 96% of the total points on my moderations (flags) were positive points (Actually, it is the percentage of accepted flags). Notice that for questions, answers and moderations, I only get the *positive* points on my point total. The more negative points I get, the lower my +%. The 100% + ratings given means that 100% of the ratings I *gave* were positive.

You start with 0% + ratings given. As you start giving points, you develop a percentage. before long, the Stat tracks what you do. You are at 100% plus ratings given when you only uprate people. If you throw out too many downrates, it goes down to 99% and then lower. Someone with a % + rating given below 90 is throwing around a lot of negatives. COAT takes this percentage into consideration so that heavy downraters do not join up with the mission. What COAT does is represent a reaction against such unjust negging.

Do you DR people or not? I never have so my +% is 100%. To the degree that people DR others, it is to that degree that they award negative points. I think it is silly to do so. Someone whose +% rating is 75% or even as low as 60% are very judgmental and punish people for their questions or answers. I don't believe in judging or punishing. Happy Monday! :)

Questions: 99% Answers: 99% (out of a 100% possible uprates from other users for your answers and questions) 100% + ratings (that you give to other users for their answers and questions) ****You have excellent ratings. For the people that DR others, their ratings would not be 100%. the more you DR, the less your percentage is. Someone with a 42% is what I would call a troll. they go around and DR all the time.
