it could just mean your not of the semen producing age. im 12 so i would know. men usually dont produce semen until 14 but some instances are reported of younger puberty. but otherwise, any type of stimulation will cause ejaculation, it just depends on what you do that effects the size of the orgasm, not IF you will ejaculate because thats a definite. if you have more questions comment on the answer and ill answer in comments.
