Springville isn't necessarily any more green than the rest of the area. Springville is part of the "Wasatch Front" which is really just Utah's 3 largest cities lined up in a row... Ogden, Salt Lake, and Provo. Springville is just outside of Provo. It's an older city, very well known for the Arts. It is host to the Springville Art museum, which is one of the finest. As for the "green-ness" of Springville. All of Northern Utah is pretty green during Spring and Summer.

I live in Springville and it just depends what part you're in! But it is home of Hobble Creek canyon which has the most beautiful green golf course and very pretty drives.
