No driving unless you want to end up in a ditch or aressted for trippin on something, do it onfoot. its very easy to use to much because potientcy varies widley. also i found that the delayed effects are unpleasant because many times you'll take it and wont get effects, then youll say to yourself, "well im going to sleep, i cant beleive i thought nutmeg would get me high(chuckle)" then you goto get up from your chair into your bed and youll wonder why youll crawling and why dose it seem lie the thing to do, around now youll get hit with a wave of dalerium and youll hear warewolve growling outside your window and when your laying in the dark youll see profound patterns twistng in the air youll hear odd laughter and many other very unusual effects, these can also take a day to take their hold and this leads to anxiety because you wont really no whats going on inside your head, you shouldnt do it unless your quite firmiliar with anticholinergics
