My wife wants a divorce and I can file in either a Community Property state or an Equitable Distribution state. Which would be the best one to file in if I don't want to have to pay for her student loans that she took out while we were married?

Google a lawyer! just type in free advice from layers... or something like that... leave them a msg with your number and they will call you right away... ive done that... it works, and for free! when i did it, i left them my number on the web and not even 3 minutes later they were calling me
