Go to Wikipedia and look up the Hello!Project. Pick as many groups as you like and then check them out on YouTube. I personally enjoy Morning Musume, W, and GAM. Utada Hikaru also has a VERY extensive discography (somehow "Simple and Clean" is the only song most of my friends know and it's not even the original version- she did write it, but she also wrote the original, "Hikari"). The video for "Boku wa Kuma" is especially cute. I also highly recommend Shiina Ringo ("Honnou" = sexy) and Okui Masami (she did "Rinbu Revolution" and "Toki ni Ai wa", both magnificent songs from the anime 'Shoujo Kakumei Utena').
