No, if u dont remeber yr PIN and enter it wrong twice, youll need the PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) to get that youll have to contact yr service provider. if you enter that incorrectly nine times your SIM will be PERMANATLY disabled.

IF you enter the pin code which can be as long as charactors incorrectly three times you will have to contact your service for the PUK code which if entered incorrectly 12 times will disable the SIM in any phone you insert it in. the only way i know to fix it is through a series of codes in an old samsung cellphone, but unfortunstely i cannot remember

in the menu: (settings security sim apps) most cell codes for the user go this way 1234 the the puk 1 is 1111 then puk2 2222 if noboby changed them. then there are you master clear codes master reset codes. *#xxxx# on the key pad. and the the one for v220 moto *#000000#

Well In my opinion some SIM that are Disable cannot be Fixed and some Service provider don't have time to be fixing those Sim and they will ask you for an replacement which you may still have the same number !!!
