Irrational fear of flowers... Irrational affection of flowers... Humm... I don't know if there is any money in it for you but I'll bet you could be the subject of some kind of psychological case study. On second thought... maybe not. That's kind of how I feel about Mrs. trouble.

Lol. I think those lilies are ugly too my friend. They remind me of spotted poisonous toads or some other weird fantastic creature. Hmmm, something I love but fear at the same time. For me it has to be life itself. I love life and all the pleasures associated with it, like the fresh air we breathe, nature, sunshine, clear blue skies, a good cup of coffee, the smell of fresh laundry (wink)----but fear the "unknowns" and "curve balls" that life throws at you once in awhile----loneliness, depression, unexpected bad news, the future, etc. But I've learned to cope with some of these "unknowns" and "curve balls." I realize that I can't control a lot of these things, so why fret and worry over them? Life's too short, and before ya know it it's over, and all you've done is wasted time worrying and getting sad. I also try not to let things like feeling lonely and depressed become a bad habit. They're just like any other bad habit (e.g., eating junk food all the time). Lol.

Yes, I think it's very common. I LOVE to drive my car, Fast!, but also afraid to. I have pushed it to 85 MPH(as fast as it goes)What a rush!, but I was scared. Luckily I was the only one on the bridge that evening. Whoops, I better watch what I say to a cop!! =P
