  • No, it's the same for everyone. Skin color is not the same as, say paint enamel. Emissivity is a measure of how much energy is reflected back from a source, and human skin is all the same, and the emissivity very high, 0.98 technically. Oil paint is 200 black, white, 80 for comparison. Also, for half of the visible light spectrum the sun puts out, there is another half infrared (invisible), which is primarily what heats us when we are in sunlight.
