Its hard to say...it all depends on how well u know the woman. There would be many signs.

They try to talk a lot + changing subjects rapidly

Always keep a ruler handy...measure the nose. I read it in a book when I was a kid! :-)

When there exists ample proof that contradicts what she is talking about.

She becomes upset and accuses you of prying in her life.

Her lips are moving and there's sound coming out of her mouth.

Yes for me its when they look you in the eye and dont blink about what they are going to say :)

If she looks to the left...... physical expression will be limited and stiff.......avoid making eye contact.....touching their face, throat & mouth.....gestures and emotions off past.....gestures don’t match the verbal statement......say statements with a contraction......humor or sarcasm to avoid a subject.

All the same signs that also apply to men and children lying: Avoiding eye contact, talking 'too' fast, inconsistencies, factually incorrect, unknowable 'facts', etc.
