If someone else signed into their yahoo account on your computer, you must sign them out first, before you can log in on your own account.

OK try typing your email address and your password that should work, if not sign out and do what I said at the start.

Sometimes it's down. It was some time ago when I was unable to use my mail at all. Give them time. I am sure they are down.
