One of two things: 1. They didn't know how much it was worth, and they're letting the bidding dictate the price, or 2. It's part of a divorce settlement, and someone is trying to screw someone else. :o)

you can bet 2 dollars but you wont win cuz they probably have a reserve an amount it has to exceed before you can actually buy it
