  • Try putting a jumper in place of the sensor. The sensor has high resistance when cold and low resistance when warm. A jumper should make the gauge read HOT and set a code if you leave it jumpered for more than 20 seconds. If this doesn't make it read hot, you have a open in a wire or connector. Let me know and I can get you info on the wires.
