Why would you want to make somebody feel bad?

We really need to think about stopping people from using it as a put down. Generally the word refers to someone who probably has some form of autism. Anyone who has spent a significant amount of time with one of these folks, knows better than to use the word already, as they are some of the best people on earth. Perhaps we should foil their plans by taking it as a compliment instead?
