Best way to be certain about it is just to ask him. I know I still like people who have rejected me, but I do my absolute best not to show it when I'm around them.
-
He'll just keep coming back.
-
When he understand it and just want to be your friend anyway.
-
Because one rejection doesn't erase feelings that took time to build. IMHO
-
When he wants to be friends. Holy mother of god, every girl needs to know this. Note: I mean if he wants to be friends *after* the rejection.
-
He still loves you and does the same thing he had done to you before you rejected him.
-
What do you care, you did not want the guy in the first place.
-
Why would you reject a guy and then wonder if he still likes you? Most men see this as you playing mind games with them, whcih guys absolutely hate when women do this. I would probably tell you to get lost if you wanted to be with me after you rejected me.
-
Well in this case, it would depend on yours and his maturity level. If you just outright approach him and tell him that you are sorry if you hurt his feelings, and that you would like to get to know him better. This is probably the only chance that you will have. If it were me, I would be open to talk to you if you admitted that you may have been mistaken about me.

If he still cares about you like before. If he is trying to please you,to be close to you. When he does the things you like.
