No, usually when they are in denial, they find some other excuse for it, like "It must be stress" or "I have an ulcer" or "I've always been irregular".

i worked with a woman who didn't know she was pregnant until she gave birth at home. i have no idea how it is possible to not know. she was a pretty big girl, so i suppose the weight gain might go unnoticed, but how do you not feel the baby moving in the last trimester? i don't understand this either.
