  • After a night of heavy boozin, I sometimes do.
  • Speaking of boozin', I strongly suggest you try a supplement made from "prickly pear" cactus, I took two recently before an evening of heavy drinking, and the next morning I felt great; no headache, no hangover! Anyway, yes in general puking is a good idea to hopefully heave up whatever is causing the nausea, but the earlier into the nausea you do this the better, because if you wait too long the sickness will get further in your system and you'll just have to let it run its course (literally). I recently had a serious stomach flu, and I ignored the nausea for the first couple of days. This seemed to prove a bad idea because I remained sick over the weekend, with nausea and bloody diarrhea. It finally dissipated, but it could've probably run through faster if I'd puked my guts out early.
  • No, I generally wait it out. I've only done it once when my stomach was so sick I couldn't stand it any more. Worst feeling ever.
