Sometimes its the first thing in the morning. Then if I can get it together and go for a walk, that seems to help. Then later it seems to hit again about bed time.

as a night-owl i find sun rise to be depressing. the nighttime has no games, nothing to figure out. sun rise is when people put on there masks and become the people the world expects them to be.

sunset and when the night comes and everyone in the house is sleeping,you are lonely and could not sleep.

In my current condition, it's nightfall. I have no energy, hardly any good movies out that I haven't seen; a very lonely time being unable to get out of my own head.
