It doesn't necessarily mean she's pregnant. If there are no males present, it likely just means she's in heat. Mine used to do this regularly.

she has been in contact with my buck but he has only just turned six months old and didnt show any interest in her at all! although they were left in the run together for a couple of hrs

A buck can easily mate with a doe at 10-12 weeks of age depending on the breed. If she was in heat and he was around her, they could have bred. Usually does will pull their fur on the 28th day of gestation and give birth on the 31-32 day. Some does pull a little earlier or just before. I would make sure there is a nest box with some bedding of hay or straw in it in case she does give birth. Place the fur she's lulled in the nest box for her.
