Well, if they monitor these people like they should be doing then they should not be getting into too much trouble but look at the Jessica Lundsford case. (That was the case I cried over for days!) These offenders NEED to be watched closely or they may as well toss them back in jail. I am one who does not believe that a pedophile can be rehabilitated. I think they will continue to be a threat to young children anywhere they go. What can you do with them? It's a tough situation.
