  • In the uk it is normal practice to plant tulips in autumn/ early winter. They should be ok if you plant them straight away in a pot but may not flower as profusely. tulips can be quite temperamental. if they don't work this year try again next.
  • Hard to believe they are still being sold. They need time to develope a root system before they can bloom at their best. Plant them in a pot, and put them in a refrigerator or in a place that will stay in the 35-45 range for 6-8 weeks. When they start to produce some green, water again and put in a warmer place.
