Yes, that is why you should never keep two rabbits together unless they are spayed or neutered. A doe can even become pregnant twice, carrying two litters at once, days apart or even weeks apart. Sounds to me like your rabbit was bred again near the end of her first pregnancy. This is a very bad situation because she will have a very hard to impossible time to care for both litters, and of course the physical drain on her from forming two litters of rabbits and nursing at the same time. The earliest you can wean the first litter would be 5 weeks and even so, that way early, so I would handfeed them if she does deliver another litter of kits. Let her raise the newest litter since they would be harder to hand feed. If you are going to hand feed them check out good instructions on this page.
