yes, do you want to join the church of Esteban?
-
If it's a church where people are able to practice whatever religious beliefs they have, then yes. If reading between the lines that your question is asking whether Christianity should be the only religion, then no.
-
sure, the only problem is getting everyone to agree on exactly what that church is, and for that matter, exactly what is a "church". It will never happen.
-
no because if there was only one true church on earth then all the different religeons would fight over which religeon the church would be and if they didnt get there way a war would start. we dnt wnt dat now do we lol :)

There is, the rest are all fakes! The trick is finding out which one it is.
-
It would make sense and make religion more credible if everyone just worshiped one god.
-
Is that what Mormons believe? That there should just be one true church on the earth? How does that work?
-
No,church is not really true to all people, and many believe there is no god at all.Since religion has caused so much hatred, pain, and havoc over the centuries do we really need any religion? People can't even follow simple passages like "Love thy neighbor" which would include people from other nations that many not have your culture.

Since God is perfect and He only has one Gospel, why would He need thousands of different Churches teaching thousands of different doctrines on earth at any given time? The Lord inspired his writers to say, "One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism." That should answer that question. So why do we have so many Churches on earth today? And why do they all teach different doctrines? The Lord said it best.."Where there is no vision, the people perish." He could have just as easily said "Where there is no living Prophet, the people perish. And that explains why there are so many different Churches. They cannot all be right. The Lord will always have a living Prophet at the head of His Church, who holds His Priesthood and receives continuing revelation. The only Church which fits that description is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Whew4

But what about different interpretations? How can one person know exactly what is meant?
-
No... God said to man. "On THIS rock I build my church." Meaning on the man, in his heart and mind and spirit not the foundation stone!
-
no evil has to have many faces. just like infomercials on late night tv. they exist to get your money

There are 7 true Christian Churches in the world today. They are listed in Rev 3. They each have a flame in the menorah Christ is tending, before the Holy of Holies and our Heavenly Father. He is supplying them with olive oil that is the Holy Spirit. Each has its own problems but each is told it will remain until Christ returns. How does one identify them? Every modern group claims to be one of the seven. Pray! "Seek and you will find", that's a promise from Christ himself.
-
I don't believe in the Church, any of them. So my answer is no. A true set of moral and social values is what this world needs, not the fear of some invisible being punishing you for your mistakes.
-
sorry i can not tell about churches or not but in my India every church is true.
-
NO; what makes us a diversified world is that we all have different beliefs and ideas .... IF we all believied the exact same way ... we'd all think the exact way ..and be nothing more than a "STEPFORD" Universe ...
