    No.

First of all, to abdicate ususally means a person gives up a position of authority or power (People renounce citizenship).

Secondy, nothing so temporary could make me leave this country. I do not agree with everything our government does, but I am an American and I do not take that lightly.

It would be a shame for people to confuse our government for all that is our country.

Since I do not hold a high office or position it would be difficult to abdicate. Resign doesn't really work either. Leave the country and renounce my citizenship? Never. I would wonder about the mental health of my fellow Americans, but leaving would simply be letting "W" win. I would stay and try to make the best of it because I feel that is my duty as an American. I wouldn't like it, and I would try to oust him, but I wouldn't leave.

I would be alarmed if any U.S. President decided to overstay their welcome. I can see much better reasons for leaving a country than George. At least we have the option to leave. I know a guy who has spent the last 20 years buying (literally) his family out of his country one by one due to the corruption--Dubya isn't the greatest, but it would take a lot more for me to renounce citizenship.

I would abdicate, run away, resign, retire, leg it to the border with all due haste, anything I could think of to be somewhere other than a totalitarioan police state where habeus corpus has been suspended.

Actually, I have already looked at some out-of-America properties.

I wouldn't leave. I'd camp out in front of the White House for as long as it took, waiting for him to show his face to the angry masses.

I actually kind of wish he would. It would be the final straw this country needs to get it's act together.

Abdicate is not really the correct question. Abdicate means to resign from formal office - usually a queen or such like. If you mean flee the country, object or just curl up and die, I suspect I would not be lonely saying yes.

Huh, is that a M-40 rifle I just shelled out $700 for? How much will it take to bribe guards now?

No, I actually wouldn't. I dont agree with everything that he has done, but I definitely think he has done better than some other of his opponents would have.
