Check for stones/objects in the finned rotors near each wheel.
This will require removing each wheel, one at a time. Block the wheels and use *jack stands* to support the vehicle, not just the car jack, to avoid injury/death.
Objects stuck in the finned rotors will confuse the sensor which is reading wheel speed.
