How do people earn so many points in one week? Is this for real, or is something fishy going on?

I guess they have a lot of time on their hands and they spend every waking minute of their life on AnswerBag, answering peoples' questions... not that that's a bad thing.

I am freelance and work from home, so I can go back and forth between work and AB. Also- when I want to speed up a level hike, I ask a question that appeals to more people.

It's for real, they have good ideas, answers, questions, and/or a lot of free time. *high fives* for them

yes its for real. you can also flag questions and answers and if the staff agrees w/you, you will be rewarded w/5 points, thats another way some people make so many points. i do it quite a bit when its a bit slow and sometimes the next morning ill wake up w/ like 150 extra points. yes its foreal. also they have good answers and questions.
