Well, that depends on some things. Do you have a big yard for a dog to use or play in? Or do you have apartment? Are you going to be home alot or gone alot? Cats are more independent and don't require an outside area. It is easier to leave them a litter box and some food and water; they don't have to be let out to potty in other words. Both are good companions. I have both.

Depends. They are like having a child to care for. Are you ready for the responsibilities that goes alone with caring for a house pet.

You could but you should also be aware that they're not furniture and desire your attention also. There are costs associated with having pets. Consider getting an animal from a shelter instead of from a pet store.

Depends on if you have the time, room etc..a big responsibility...
