depends on what kind of "public" i guess that i won't do that during a meeting with my boss and a lot of tie-and-suit people. but in the street? don't care. in the bus? "hey! have you seen this cieilling?" -SCRATCH SCRATCH-

Totally! I think someone trying to covertly scratch an itchy butt looks way more strange then just getting right to it. Contorting, wriggling and other low profile methods of butt scratching are sure to draw more attention than just scratching outright. Further, I think that people actually pay less attention to other people than we think.

I would ponder first as to why it is itching. I try to stay clean back there. If its from sweat and working out or something like that yes. Otherwise discretely or dry to excuse myself. Really thats only for politness - I would care that much if I needed too.

well I try not to scratch so instead I kinda like play it off and sit down on the chair or benceh and kinda move side by side back and forth Do you know what I mean/
