Employment laws are different in every state but check your Personnel policy. It should state the policies the company should be following. It doesnt sound like they treated you fairly and would recommend seeing a lawyer. Research online about terminations, wrongful dismissal cases, etc.
on the 1st place you shouldnt be absent.
anyway if they terminate you and you think its no justice and you have all the documents you can bring it to the department of labor if you have any or you might want to deal it first with H.R.

You're reading I was just fired for "absenteeism". However, I was not given previous notice that I was getting close to losing my job, they held the first warning for over a month, and then gave me three warnings at once! How do I explain to get unemp., and on apps?
