You can't; it normally can take up to two month depending on how well cared for it is, you can ask for a small bar, but typically you need to have a larger primary piercing for about 2 weeks before switching it out for something smaller; you could always try looking for a really small flesh colored bar, my piercer refused to put it a bar, and instead put in a titanium ring; healed quickly, but noticeable. It will heal close if you take it out too long, just like any new piercing. Why don't you try a dermal piercing instead, you can put one anywhere and easier to conceal. (I have the same issue as you, cept I can have 1 facial piercing, but no other NOTICEABLE ones, other than 2 ear)

unfortunatly as soon as you take the pircing out its very quick to heal i had mune for over 2 years and it took less then a day to close up!
