My boss states that she will not be giving employees thier w-2's that she will be taking disability out of al employees checks and what monies we get from state and federal she will pay employees can she do that

HELL NO she can't...call the IRS ASAP. Check out www.irs.gov and call or email them as soon as possible!! That is total fraud and I am sure that is illegal. There are other thing to consider when filing you tax returns, especially if you have children, a home, etc.

I'm not sure I understand the question, but, rather than the suggestion that TheMidwestLatina made, I would call your local Employment Development Department or Labor Board/Commission for your State . That is a better place to start with than the IRS. Are you getting a paycheck of some kind? Are you getting a paystub when you get that paycheck as paystubs are required to be given to an employee? This also affects your Social Security/Medicare earnings for when you are 'old and grey'...

This is illegal. She is required by law to give you a W2. The rest of your statement is unclear to me. How can you get money from state and federal when you can't file your taxes as you do not have a W2?

Contact your local (wage and hour)or state goverment office no one is permitted to withhold your money for hours worked.
