did you pay for it? did you sign a contract?
if so, you can sue. It all depends on what you want--your money back or the land. The other party also has a lawsuit.
Is it true that when you have more than say 7 renters to 21 units, can it make it difficult for home owners to sell because the lenders see that the ratio of renters is higher than owners?

If your house if selling at an auction because of forecloser, is the auction date the day you have to be out of the house by?? We dont know when we have to be out?

You're reading I bought some land last year, but before my solicitor registered it in my name, it got sold again. So Legal title is with the new buyer whereas I have beneficial title!. Has the vendor acted illegally in selling the land twice?
