Question

Help answer this question below.

I bought some land last year, but before my solicitor registered it in my name, it got sold again.
So Legal title is with the new buyer whereas I have beneficial title!.
Has the vendor acted illegally in selling the land twice?

did you pay for it? did you sign a contract?
if so, you can sue. It all depends on what you want--your money back or the land. The other party also has a lawsuit.
